Review and manage Australia country of origin claims for ingredients.
Overview
Fillet helps you to manage Australian country of origin information for your ingredients.
This is also referred to as Australian country of origin labelling or "Australia CoOL".
The Fillet web app provides tools that support the process of compliance with Australian Consumer Law, specifically, the Country of Origin Food Labelling Information Standard 2016 (the "Standard").
The official English names for each country of origin claim are direct references to the Standard.
The Fillet web app also provides translations of claim names for the official English names defined in the Standard.
These translations of claim names are provided for your convenience only, as English is the required language for Australian country of origin labelling according the Standard.
Australia country of origin claims
In this release, Fillet supports the following claims about Australian origin for ingredients:

Access this functionality
In the Fillet web app, go to the "Labels" tab inside the Ingredients tab.
You can select one of the following options regarding an ingredient's Australian CoOL information:
- Grown in Australia
- Produced in Australia
If neither of these options are selected, the message "Not specified" will be shown with regard to that ingredient's Australian CoOL information.
Timestamp
When you make any changes, such as clear existing selections or update the selected option, the timestamp will be updated. This timestamp shows the date and time of your most recently saved change.
